Market research: Oat products

Oat based products have recently gained popularity, especially in meat replacements. In my market research however I tried to focus on the product categories that were a bit more relevant to our project.

Using Finnish oats in products is a valuable USP due to the high quality grain Finnish farms produce. This is well known globally, which is why such a tiny country has become such a large exporter in oats.
